How to use this map

To turn layers on and off, click on the double arrows in the top left corner of the map. This is the legend embedded in the map. From the legend you can add other layers like the 100- and 500-year floodplain layers, a ward boundary layer, and also remove any layer from the viewing screen.

To search for a property, type in the address in the top right corner search box. To see what zoning district the property is in, scroll to the end of the list of information about the property. For more information on zoning district regulations, please see the University City Zoning Code.

To view the map in a larger window, click on the blue "View larger map" hyperlink in the bottom left-hand corner below the map image. This will lead you to a new page with only the map. 

The data from this map comes from the St. Louis County parcel data for 2018 and the University City Official zoning map.
