Appearing in Court
Upon entering the courtroom, all cell phones must be turned on silent or off completely until you have exited the courtroom after handling your court business.
Prohibited Items
Food, drink, and all weapons are strictly prohibited from the building. Do not attempt to bring in any prohibited items, Leave these items at home or in your car. The court will not store prohibited items in the lobby for pick-up.
Court Appearance Attire
In order to maintain order and uphold the dignity and decorum of the judicial branch of our government, rules of conduct and dress for litigants, counsel, witnesses, court staff, and spectators will ensure that persons in the courtroom do not obstruct or interfere with the orderly transaction of court businesses nor degrade or insult the dignity of the judicial proceedings, judicial officers, witnesses and others in the courtroom.
Shirts and shoes must be worn in the courtroom.

- Excessively baggy pants
- Hats of any kind
- Clothing with offensive, vulgar, racist, sexist, obscene or suggestive words, slogans, depictions or pictures will not be allowed in the courtroom.
