Overview

In this section you will find helpful information for the City Council and the City Clerk Office in University City. The City Clerk is the record keeper for the City. The City Clerk is responsible for all City Council agendas and minutes. 

Below are links to City Council agendas, minutes and audio files. City Council meeting packets are available via Notify Me, which is a email subscription service. These packets are sent out in advance of the City Council meetings to subscribers. City Council minutes are posted online after the City Council approves them. All of the files reside on the City’s LaserFiche system. This system is directly accessible via the Public Documents link.
